Let's make the Virgin Island Popular Vote count.

Ron Paul did lose on the delegate count in the Virgin Islands, but let's give Ron Paul a boost and make it look like he won. The MSM media helped Santorum, by making it look like he won states that Ron Paul won the delegate count in, and the same with Mitt Romney.
