The National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012 (NDAA), has passed Congress. That is right the Government should just now throw our Constitution in the garbage, as our rights are completely disposable.
This Bill which was ratified through both Houses, will tear the 5th Amendment, 6th Amendment, 8th Amendment, 14th Amendment, and Article 1: Section 2, Clause 2 (Habeas Corpus) from the Constitution, and it will also indirectly smear the 1st Amendment, and the 2nd Amendment as they will most likely be reasons for throwing us in Guantanamo like camps, this also could violate the 4th Amendment. NDAA will destroy all together 7 Amendments and will destroy Habeas Corpus.
As the President still has to sign NDAA, for it to become the Supreme Law of the, well then Fascist Land. Barrack Obama of course said he would veto this, but now he has now dropped this threat.
The thing that really makes me angry about this bill, is they really don't even need it; as they have been doing all of this anyway. Also the Mainstream media has been lying about this law and have been acting like it doesn't apply to American Citizens.

The Three Biggest Neocon Promoters for this bill to pass is Senator John McCain, Senator Carl Levin, and Senator Lindsey Graham. McCain when questioned by Rand Paul about this bill; said that American citizens can be enemy combatants and can be sent to Guantanamo Bay and held indefinitely; NO MATTER WHO THEY ARE.
This as a law will make the USA a warzone and make it so we all are Guilty until Proven Innocent, as we are all seen as enemy combatants. This is really what we first called this law, "The Police State Act of 2011", as this will put the U.S. under Martial Law "Indefinitely", but the thing is: we will all be enslaved whether thrown in a Camp or not.
This GOP Primary, may actually be what some are saying; Ron Paul is a vote for the Abolishing Slavery. As all the other GOP Candidate are all supporting Neocons of this bill, not to mention that it will be the same situation if Ron Paul won the Primary and it was Ron Paul vs. Obama; as it would still be Abolish Slavery vs. Enslavement.
